In a grant historical aspects of formation and legislative bases of formation of local public administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the main tendencies of development of local management and in foreign countries are considered, and also questions of development of local self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan are considered.
The grant is prepared according to the curriculum of Management department of economics department of the Euroasian national university of L. N. Gumilev and intended for students and undergraduates.In the present collection are available article devoted to one subject – to local public administration and self-government in Kazakhstan.
In articles the essence, stages of formation of local public administration in the Republic of Kazakhstan and their legislative bases, the main tendencies of development of local management in foreign countries, and also questions of further development of local government in the Republic of Kazakhstan are considered.
